Amy Shannon is a legend keeper, storyteller, and independent historian whose roots run deep in upstate New York. A lifelong resident of the Capital Region—Albany, Schenectady, and Saratoga Counties—Amy calls the Ballston Spa/Malta area her true hometown, a place where she’s planted her heart and built a life of meaning.
Each of these articles were researched in depth, and she was fortunate to be able to write them and share with other history lovers and those with curiosity from which they came.
The articles are listed in order of publication, last one first.
