Now available Amy Shannon's Balls-Town
From Reviews to Literary News. From His-Story to Her-Story. Built to educate, promote, and inform authors.
Your support and contributions will allow the magazine to keep running, and offer more information to authors and other literary professionals. (And in some occasions, buy me a cup of coffee or a nice bottle of wine).
Literate-Ly Magazine is a bi-monthly literary magazine.
The current issue is always located at https://essenceenterpriseus.com/literate-ly-current-issue
The issues run as follow:
January to February
March to April
May to June
July to August
September to October
November to December
The purpose of Literate-Ly Magazine is to recognize authors and their work, expose new reads for readers, allow authors and literary professionals share their work and experience, and to educate authors of all levels and experience. All contributors get a free full page of Advertising Space for one year (Contributors are Author Spotlight, Author Interviews, Short Stories, or Articles). Any reviews or book information that are included in the magazine, do not count for contribution, as they are randomly selected to be in the magazine.
The mission of Literate-Ly Magazine is to educate, entertain, inform and promote authors and other literary professionals.
Amy will contact authors who want to be in the Author Spotlight directly. You can get an interview by request, but Amy will contact who she wants to do an author spotlight on. The author only needs to supply their author photo or image of their brand, and their biography, along with any links for social media.
Author Interviews can be requested by the author, or may be contacted by Amy Shannon directly. Author interviews have up to 2 author interviews per issue (starting in the May to June Issue), but that number can also increase in case of interest. All contributors get a discount for a Full page AD for a full year (6 issues), for only $15. Authors can send up to 3 photos to be included in their interview in the magazine.
Changes coming in 2025
Starting in the May to June Issue, there will be no more than two author interviews in the issue.
The deceased authors spotlight and interview will continue.
The reviews from Amy's Bookshelf Reviews, will now be limited to specific genres (these genres may change from issue to issue), depending on the books that were read, reviewed and posted in the previous months before the issue on Amy's Bookshelf Reviews.
Authors who are interviewed (with interviews accepted AFTER January 1 2025) will no longer get a free full page 8x10 Ad. Instead, they will get a discount AD for $15 which will stay in the magazine for 6 issues (one year).
Regular Advertising is now all full page Ads, 8X10 Portrait, with a QR Code. For 3 issues, (6 months) it's $15, and for a year (6 issues) it's $25. Anyone who purchases an Ad, their Ad will also go in the advertisement magazine, Bookly Litvertise for 3-months for free. If they want it longer, then there are various fees for that magazine (it goes live January 1, and it a monthly magazine).
If you are a business and want an annual advertisement, you can be invoiced with recurring payments for each year. If you wish to do it annually, you can get a 15% discount for the first year ($21.25).
